I'm currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Media Technology in Gjovik University College (Høgskolen i Gjøvik) and researcher at the Norwegian Colour and Visual Computing Laboratory. I obtained my PhD degree under the suppervision of Dr. Joost van de Weijer at the Color in Context research group in the Computer Vision Center (CVC), UAB, Barcelona, Spain. Before that, I've obtained my master degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision in 2008. And in 2003, I've got my Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. Before that, I was a member of the Vision Lab, School of Mathematics, Institute for Studies in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics (IPM) since 2006 till 2007. And I was also a member of Shahid Beheshti University Robocup team, SBCe_Saviour, for Urban Search and Rescue Simulation (USARSim 2006), and Rescue Simulation (2005).
